AISNE 2026 Academic Leadership Symposium

The AISNE 2026 Academic Leadership Symposium is a dynamic learning experience designed for department chairs to deans and instructional coaches. Together, attendees will focus on building healthy, equitable school ecosystems by integrating educator wellbeing, professional growth, and evaluation. The symposium offers practical, role-specific learning grounded in the real challenges of academic leadership, through a variety of whole-group sessions, role-based breakouts, and 'choose your own adventure' workshops. Participants will leave with actionable plans, strengthened networks, and research-informed tools to support thriving teaching and learning communities. The event aims to create a space for meeting peers in similar roles in other New England independent schools, collectively building energy and capacity for the school year ahead, and exploring the unique blend of instructional vision, leadership presence, managerial skill, and relational strength required in these roles.
