This interactive summit supports Superintendent-led executive leadership teams in moving from AI exploration to intentional implementation. Attendees will leave with a clear vision and a head start on creating a prioritized 6- to 12-month action plan that aligns generative AI with their district’s mission, values, and long-term goals. The summit will cover how AI can streamline tasks, provide experience with the CoSN/CGCS K-12 Gen AI Maturity Tool, and help district teams build an implementation roadmap. The event is designed to complement state guidelines for AI in K-12 education by equipping district leaders with the organizational capacity to turn vision into reality.
