It combines elements of our former Staff Forum and CEO and Senior Staff Institute into one event where attendees build practical skills, share real-world solutions and address today’s challenges. This conference supports focused learning and meaningful connection, where attendees explore current challenges, evolving member needs, and the trends shaping pooling today while building practical skills and exchanging real-world solutions.
