The ACTFL Annual Convention and World Languages Expo is globally recognized as the most comprehensive professional development event for language educators in the U.S. This event offers learning opportunities for all language education professionals at all levels and from all languages. It includes access to more than 600 educational sessions, an interactive exhibit hall featuring more than 200 companies, an exciting Opening General Session and Closing General Session, and opportunities to connect and network with more than 6,000 language professionals.

These include Double-Sided Signs, SIGstravaganza Reception, Charging Stations, Welcome Coffee Break, Assembly of Delegates Break, Exhibitor Workshop Presentation timeslots, ACTFL Photobooth, Convention Badge Holder, ACTFL Annual Convention Mobile App, Convention Registration Bags, NNELL Breakfast, and Convention Partners Reception. Sponsorship costs range from $925 for multiple exhibitor workshop timeslots to $20,000 for exclusive Convention Registration Bags or Mobile App sponsorship. Additionally, standard 10'x10' booth spaces are available for $2,300, and non-profit tabletop booths for $1,800. Sponsors who spend $5,000+ are eligible to receive the pre-convention attendee list.
