About this conference
The Accountability Impact Summit is designed to bring district and campus leadership teams together to deepen their understanding of the accountability system. Scheduled to follow the release of the 2026 accountability ratings, this summit offers a timely opportunity to analyze newly released data, explore evidence-based strategies, and align on next steps that support stronger student outcomes and organizational performance. The event focuses on turning accountability data into a focused plan for improvement by examining results, identifying key areas of focus, and fostering collaboration among peers for impactful district and campus improvement. The summit experience includes two virtual leadership check-ins throughout the school year, encourages team registration for aligned action plans, is built around new accountability results with updates directly from TEA and Region 4, and provides dedicated Impact Team Planning sessions. Key focus areas include Data-Driven Instruction and Performance Management, College, Career, and Military Readiness (CCMR) and Graduation Success, Leadership Development and Campus Improvement, Curriculum Alignment and High-Impact Instruction, Student Support Systems and Retention Strategies, and Leveraging Financial Resources for Sustainability and Innovation.
