Accelerated Candidate Event (ACE)

The Accelerated Candidate Event (ACE) is an opportunity to fast-track a journey toward a rewarding career with the U.S. Secret Service. This large-scale hiring event is designed to advance qualified applicants quickly through multiple phases of the hiring process, helping to strengthen the pipeline of future agents and officers while significantly reducing time-to-hire by up to 120 days. During the event, eligible participants will have the opportunity to complete several key steps of the hiring process all in one place, including: Entrance Exam, Applicant Physical Abilities Test (APAT), SUPER Interview, Security Interview, Medical Examination, and Polygraph. Attendees will also have the chance to meet with recruitment and hiring professionals, learn more about the agency's mission, and gain insights into the career paths available. The event seeks driven individuals who embody integrity, discipline, teamwork, and dedication to mission, including recent graduates, veterans, athletes, and experienced professionals.
