About this conference
The 150th AAIDD Annual Meeting, themed 'Sesquicentennial: 150 Years of Progress', will provide a forum for researchers, practitioners, policymakers, and advocates to explore opportunities, strategies, and challenges related to technological progress in the field of intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). This anniversary event reflects on the Association's past and celebrates scientific advancements in supporting people with IDD, while looking toward the future. The conference will feature plenary sessions on how technology has shaped policies, practices, and research, particularly leveraging AI; panel presentations, poster presentations, issue briefs, and poster symposia on new and emerging knowledge and promising practices; and networking opportunities for professional relationships and informal idea exchange. The event will include over 200 educational presentations, awards breakfast, and a President's Reception.
Sponsorship options
Sponsorship and exhibit opportunities are available. Exhibit booths cost $850 ($650 for non-profit organizations) and include a 6-ft table, two chairs, company listing, two exhibitor badges, one complimentary conference general registration, and access to breakfasts, breaks, and receptions. Additional employees can register for $350. Sponsorship packages include Copper ($3,000), Silver ($5,000), Gold ($10,000), and Platinum ($15,000), offering benefits such as exhibit booths, logo placement with hyperlinks, acknowledgment in remarks and programs, bag inserts, complimentary registrations (2 to 6 depending on tier), ads in the program book, social media promotion, exclusive emails to registrants (Gold, Platinum), and a Sponsor Showcase with a featured presentation (Platinum). Other specific sponsorships are available for Coffee/Snack Breaks ($3,000) and Professional Headshots for attendees ($6,000).
