About this conference
The 80th Annual Meeting invites policymakers from across the West for four days of thoughtful dialogue, policy innovation, and lasting connections, set against the backdrop of the Last Frontier. Sessions will focus on emerging issues, engaging policymakers on their states’ respective approaches, and offering opportunities to learn about innovations that improve legislation and regional outcomes. The event will also feature interactive workshops led by national experts to sharpen skills in communications, consensus building, time management, and ethics. Legislative Learning Labs will provide a platform for private sector experts to host educational forums addressing critical issues facing state legislatures, delivered in a nonpartisan setting to share information and engage participants in conversation around industry innovations and resources. Special topics of interest selected by the CSG West Chair will also be focus areas for programming.
Sponsorship options
Sponsorship opportunities are structured in several tiers, including Northern Lights ($40,000+), Glacier ($20,000), Iditarod ($15,000), Wilderness ($10,000), and Totem ($5,000). Each tier offers distinct benefits such as company representative registrations, opportunities to host Legislative Learning Labs or participate in speaking events, access to exclusive Leadership Coffee Talks, reserved seating during General Sessions, and prominent logo and name recognition in meeting materials. Additional engagement options include Chair's Forums and Policy Tours.
