About this conference
The 6th Annual Colorado EMS Educators Symposium is an in-person event for EMS educators, hosted by the Colorado EMS Educators Association (CEMSEA), a subsidiary of the Emergency Medical Services Association of Colorado (EMSAC). The symposium covers a range of topics relevant to EMS education, including clinical judgment for EMS providers, deliberate practice, objective structured clinical examinations in paramedicine, field training officer knowledge, EMT classroom tactics, educating on human trafficking, effective instruction, preceptor training, psychomotor skills education, bringing research to frontline providers, the neuroscience of learning, simulation in EMS, and teaching lessons from a physician's perspective as a field trainer. CEMSEA membership offers discounted rates for the symposium.
