5th District Conference

This district conference will bring together IAFF leadership from Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wisconsin. Attendees will connect with affiliates from across the region and gain new skills and resources to help tackle the challenges facing their Local. The conference includes workshops focusing on Union Administration and Membership Engagement (e.g., Local Union Administration, Budgeting for Local Unions, Frontline Union Representative Basics, Managing Consultant Reports) and Negotiations (e.g., Municipal Financial Analysis, Advanced Skills for Negotiators).
