The 55th NDSC Annual Convention is a comprehensive conference designed for the Down syndrome community. It offers attendees the opportunity to receive the latest information from world-renowned experts and experience a unique "giant family reunion" atmosphere. The convention features multiple workshop tracks, including General Conference Workshops for parents, adult siblings, grandparents, caregivers, medical experts, and educational professionals; Youth & Adult Conference Workshops specifically tailored for self-advocates (individuals with Down syndrome) aged 15 and older; and the Down Syndrome Affiliates in Action (DSAIA) Pre-Conference, which is targeted at leaders of local, state, and regional Down syndrome organizations. A new addition for 2027 is a Siblings Conference.
