55th Annual Eastern Conference 2027

This annual conference offers members the opportunity to explore the latest equipment, materials, and services relevant to school maintenance, engage in discussions with professional peers from across North Carolina, and receive up-to-date professional information crucial for enhancing day-to-day operational effectiveness. The event also provides a platform for vendors to showcase their products, services, and connect with both existing and prospective customers. The four-day event includes approximately 35 breakout sessions, the Annual Jay Palmer Memorial Scholarship Golf Tournament to support scholarships for school maintenance employees and their families, and a Cornhole Tournament. The conference culminates in an Awards Banquet and Celebration recognizing achievements such as Superintendent of the Year, Director/Supervisor of the Year, Member of the Year, Vendor Appreciation, and Member Appreciation.
