Maine's premier leadership development event for public education leaders. This conference is designed specifically for members of the Maine School Boards Association (MSBA), Maine School Superintendents Association (MSSA), and invited guests. Over 800 educational leaders gather annually for two days of learning, networking, collaboration, and inspiration. The event features dynamic keynote presentations, including A.J. Juliani (author of How to Lead in an Age of AI and Distractions) and Scott Levy (author of Why School Boards Matter), more than 50 educational clinics, opportunities to connect with colleagues, and access to educational products and services through a vendor exhibition. Pre-conference workshops include a Board Chair & Aspiring Board Chair Workshop and a Student Board Members Workshop.
