Join us for the 4th Annual School Finance & Operations Conference, an opportunity to learn, grow, and impact the Texas school finance and operations sector. This event also includes a Purchasing Cooperative Product Show where attendees can meet vendors. The conference will feature innovative breakout sessions and an exhibitor showcase, providing insights from industry experts on topics such as Finance, Purchasing, School Safety, Human Resources, Facilities & Operations, Grants Compliance, Technology, and Food & Nutrition. Attendees will connect with colleagues from across the state and explore new products and solutions to support their school systems.

Sponsorship options

Sponsorship opportunities include Platinum ($6,000), Gold ($4,000), and Silver ($2,000) tiers, each offering varying levels of exposure, informational sessions, recognition, company logo display, booth sizes (double or single), and included attendees (3 for Platinum, 2 for Gold/Silver). Additional dedicated sponsorships are available at Platinum level for Day 1 Lunch ($6,000) and Silver level for Coffee & Pastry (Day 1/Day 2) or Afternoon Snacks (Day 2) (each $2,000). Specific exhibitor options for Region One Purchasing Coop Vendors are available: Exhibitor 1 ($1,000 for 10x10 booth, 2 attendees) and Exhibitor 2 ($1,500 for 10x20 booth, 2 attendees). Additional attendees beyond sponsorship package inclusions can register for $100 each.
