About this conference
Each year, the Southwestern Association of Forensic Scientists (SWAFS) hosts an annual conference where forensic professionals gather from across the country to attend classes, meet with vendors, and discuss issues affecting the forensic community today. While continuing education is always important, the bonds and relationships formed at these conferences have proven to be just as valuable. SWAFS is an association of forensic scientists that represent public and private forensic laboratories across the United States. Forensic scientists as well as personnel from other aspects of law enforcement regularly attend the meetings.
Sponsorship options
Sponsorship opportunities are available for vendors, including exhibition booths (8'x10' with 2 chairs, table with skirting, electrical, and 2 lunch vouchers for $1,500). Vendors unable to send a representative can utilize a literature distribution area (fees are less than a manned booth). Additional recognition is given to vendors who sponsor door prizes, coffee breaks during workshop sessions, or evening social gatherings, with verbal and printed recognition on the conference app.
