47th Annual Conference on School Facilities

The Annual Conference on School Facilities is the Coalition for Adequate School Housing's (CASH) premier event, attracting over 2,000 school facility professionals from across California. The conference offers concurrent education sessions, general sessions, and a trade show featuring more than 300 exhibitors. Attendees will find extensive education on a wide range of topics pertinent to both expert and novice school facilities industry professionals, alongside numerous networking opportunities. The 2026 conference focuses on the future of K-12 school facilities, covering changes, new developments, and essential knowledge to stay current. Key areas include updates to the School Facility Program (SFP) and Proposition 2 regulation implementation, state and federal funding for facility and maintenance projects, evolving requirements for energy efficiency, generation, and storage. The event also features personal and professional development breakout sessions, fast-paced mini-workshops, in-depth education sessions, and clinics.
