About this conference
For over 45 years, the Metro Fire Planners Conference has served as an annual forum for Fire and Emergency Medical services (EMS) professionals across North America. This conference brings together operations, planning, communications, and management practitioners to highlight, develop, and share best practices and discuss a wide range of prevalent fire & EMS issues. It features an open, interactive, and informal roundtable format designed to facilitate open interaction, share expert advice, communicate industry standards, and foster robust dialogue and information sharing. Participants are encouraged to submit questions and discussion topics, with past agendas covering performance measurement & data analysis, organizational planning, staffing and deployment models, health & safety, recruitment and retention, and current areas of interest. Attendees learn from innovative minds in Fire and EMS services.
Sponsorship options
Sponsorships are welcomed to support the conference and help maintain low registration fees. Benefits include increased brand exposure through the event itself, advertising, and media coverage; in-event speaking opportunities; and direct contact with attendees. There are two sponsorship levels: Emerald ($5,000) and Diamond ($7,500).
