About this conference
The 45th Annual Midwest Symposium for Leadership in Behavior Disorders will be held in Kansas City, Missouri, on February 25-27, 2027. The event includes optional pre-conference concurrent half-day presentations on Thursday. Friday features a keynote session, award recognitions, and four sets of concurrent breakout sessions, followed by poster presentations, appetizers, and a cash bar, concluding with a Symposium Party with a lip sync battle, DJ, and dancing. Saturday offers one two-and-a-half-hour session to conclude the Symposium. The mission of the Midwest Symposium for Leadership in Behavior Disorders is to foster professional and family leadership that improves the lives of children and youth with emotional/behavioral disorders or related behavioral challenges. The conference aims to promote professional development, champion excellence in leadership in EBD through intellectual stimulation, and facilitate outreach, advocacy, research, and dissemination.

The Midwest Symposium for Leadership in Behavior Disorders invites publishers, service providers, and others to exhibit at its annual conference. Exhibitor fees start at $350 for two days, covering a six-foot draped table, side chairs, company recognition in the program materials, overnight security, and one identification badge.
