40th Annual National Training Institute

Join us in Atlanta as we celebrate ACCA's 40th Anniversary at the National Training Institute. The theme for this milestone celebration is "Southern Roots, Compliance Is Power: Celebrating 40 Years of National Impact." This event will mark four decades of shaping the national conversation around supplier diversity, inclusive procurement, and compliance leadership across transportation, aviation, public works, higher education, utilities, and major infrastructure sectors. Established in 1986, ACCA is dedicated to ensuring equitable contracting and employment practices, as well as advancing minority, women, and disabled business programs in both the public and private sectors. Through education, training, and advocacy, we support a diverse membership that includes professionals in Contract Compliance, Small/Disadvantaged Business Programs, Labor Compliance, Economic Business Development, and Equal Opportunity. NTI 2026 will be our most dynamic gathering yet, bringing together public agencies, industry leaders, primes, subcontractors, and community partners from across the country to reflect on our legacy and chart bold new pathways for the future of inclusive contracting.
