3rd Annual Tribal Leadership Conference

The 3rd Annual Tribal Leadership Conference, hosted by the Tribal Leadership Council, will take place from June 1-4, 2026, at Gila River Wild Horse Pass in Chandler, AZ. This four-day event offers powerful sessions, certifications, and community engagement, featuring keynote speakers Paula Allen and Cindy Rowe. The conference agenda includes discussions on the digital gaming ecosystem, strategic planning, overcoming leadership challenges, data center opportunities, developing tribal youth for executive roles, foreign trade zones, government contracting, women in leadership, constitutional development, cultural tourism, tribal enterprise contracting, leadership tools, water rights, cannabis operations, tribal growth partnerships, sovereignty in the workplace, economic development, fair compensation for elected officials, tribal funding, navigating councilor roles, cybersecurity, infrastructure planning, AI integration in tribal governments, native-led nonprofits, venture capital, endowments, and philanthropy. Attendees can also participate in a Tribal Administration Certification, an AI for Tribal Leadership Micro-Credential, a Healthcare Workshop, and sessions on Empowering Tribal Leadership Through Development Programs.
