About this conference

The Arizona State Capitol Chapter of NIGP, the Institute for Public Procurement, hosts its 37th Annual Regional Conference & Vendor Expo. This event is recognized as Arizona's premier gathering for connecting suppliers with public procurement professionals and decision-makers from across the state's public sector. Attendees can look forward to unparalleled networking opportunities, raffle prizes, a wide array of vendor booths, educational sessions, a dedicated luncheon program, and complimentary coffee and breakfast. The conference is specifically designed for purchasing professionals and agents representing various government entities including the State of Arizona, Arizona counties, municipalities, school districts, and other political subdivisions. The 2025 conference successfully engaged over 200 purchasing agents from more than 80 government agencies. This year's Regional Conference and Vendor Expo extends its invitation to all customers, employees, and using department representatives from these purchasing agencies, with no charge to attend and visit the exhibit area for customers/potential customers.

Sponsorship opportunities are available across several tiers. The 'Flagstaff (Standard) Sponsor' is offered at $800, the 'Winslow (Silver) Sponsor' at $1,600, the 'Route 66 (Gold) Sponsor' at $3,200, the 'Radiator Springs (Print) Sponsor' at $5,000, the 'Wild Burros (Dessert) Sponsor' at $10,000, and the 'Peach Springs (Lunch) Sponsor' as an exclusive presenting sponsor at $30,000. Each tier provides distinct benefits, which may include dedicated booth space (ranging from 10'x10' to 20'x20'), branding exposure on posters and event materials, social media recognition, advertising space in the 2026 conference brochure and 2027 quarterly AZNIGP newsletter, complimentary tickets for luncheons and snack bars, company logo and website links on the AZNIGP website, and a list of registered conference attendees.
