The event includes technical sessions and the ever-popular Utility Rodeo, where participants compete in various utility-related competitive events such as Buried Treasure, Meter Challenge, Splish Splash, Hydrant Hysteria, and Rapid Tappin' to demonstrate skill, speed, and safety. The event typically draws approximately 250 attendees and over 30 vendors.

Exhibitor Pricing Table registration includes registration for one person, t-shirt, training sessions, networking breaks, lunch, cocktail hour (four complimentary drink tickets), banquet dinner, Utility Rodeo, and Bar-B-Q cookout. 6' Table - $350, 10' Table - $700, Additional Exhibitor - $100.
