About this conference
The 35th Annual Golf Bash is an ACCA event held each year by County Commissioners and their friends in recognition of the Association's efforts to improve county government in Alabama. This event is for all County Elected Officials & staff. County Commissioners, Engineers, Administrators, and other county officials from across Alabama will join company representatives on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, at the Timberline Golf Club in Calera for one of the largest single-day golf tournaments in the state. The schedule includes a Morning Shotgun Start at 8:00 a.m., Lunch at the Clubhouse at 11:30 a.m., and an Afternoon Shotgun Start at 1:30 p.m.
Sponsorship options
Team Sponsor ($550): Composed of three players (county or company representatives) of your choosing, coverage of greens fees and cart rental for team, lunch for all team members and refreshments during play, company name on course sign and all Golf Bash materials. Eagle Sponsor ($550): Company manning of a hole for the day's entirety, 6' table and 2 chairs at the tee box, lunch and refreshments with the players, company name on course sign and all Golf Bash materials, list of players for sales leads. Birdie Sponsor ($350): Recognition as a skill prize donor, lunch and refreshments with the players, company name on course sign and all Golf Bash materials. Each Birdie Sponsor will receive a sign on the course, recognition as a skill prize donor, refreshments and your company name on all Golf Bash materials.
