About this conference

The 34th Annual Kansas Narcotics Officers Association (KNOA) Training Conference is an event dedicated to promoting cooperation, education, and the exchange of information among all Law Enforcement Agencies involved in the enforcement of controlled substance laws. The conference features general and breakout sessions covering a range of critical topics. Planned sessions include "The Vigilance Project" by Victor Galarza, "Red Road" focusing on an OCDETF Narcotics Case Review of the "Fetty Bros", "Operation Wedding Cake" detailing a large drug bust in Oklahoma, interview and interrogation techniques for narcotics officers, homicide investigation techniques, leadership insights from Major Jonathan Edwards and Lt. Brandon Grzechowiak, proactive overdose investigations, operational red flags, and Kansas Highway Patrol aircraft operations. A notable session will feature Special Agent Scott Payne (Ret.) discussing biker gang undercover operations and navigating stressors and mental health. The event aims to enhance the skills and knowledge of narcotics officers and related law enforcement personnel.

Sponsorship options

Sponsorship opportunities are available for the annual conference. A vendor registration fee of $500 includes vendor space with power, a table, chairs, Wi-Fi, electricity, and two lunches. A dedicated vendor night will be hosted on Monday, March 30th from 6 PM - 8 PM. Interested parties should contact the 1st Vice President for further details.
