34th Annual Great Teachers Seminar

The 34th Annual West Virginia Great Teachers Seminar, hosted by the West Virginia Higher Education Policy Commission and the Community and Technical College System, with support from the Faculty Advisory Council. It is a unique, collaborative professional development experience focused on the evolving challenges and innovations in higher education instruction. The seminar centers on the art of teaching itself, bringing together educators to share ideas, reflect on their work, and learn from one another. Built on the belief that the collective wisdom and experience of educators surpasses that of any single expert, the seminar is entirely faculty-driven. Participants engage in discussions and workshops shaped by their own insights, challenges, and innovations in the classroom. It is not discipline-specific.
