30th Anniversary NAWLEE Leadership Conference

The National Association of Women Law Enforcement Executives (NAWLEE) 30th Anniversary Leadership Conference focuses on developing women leaders in law enforcement. The event offers a leadership framework designed to build trust, confidence, and influence, providing a practical pathway for leadership without politics, posturing, or performative aspects. It aims to honor the past and forge the future, offering training and educational seminars in leadership, management, and administration, and fostering effective practices for public safety. Sessions cover topics such as leadership in action, communication strategies, innovating the workforce, emotional intelligence, police culture, public trust, adaptive and tactical leadership, modernizing policing culture, AI-ready leadership, commanding presence under pressure, mentorship, neuroscience-based frameworks for burnout, financial security, building influence, resilience, security, perspectives in policing, legacy leadership, the "Mother Cop Dilemma," officer safety, and paving pathways of leadership. NAWLEE's mission is to promote the ideals and principles of women executives and to provide a forum for exchanging information to provide the highest level of public safety services to the community, aiming to increase women's representation in law enforcement to 30% by 2030.
