About this conference

The 28th California Unified Program Annual Training Conference, presented by the California CUPA Forum, is themed "Navigating Challenges & Opportunities within the Unified Program." The California CUPA Forum is a statewide organization that consolidates unified program implementation efforts and represents all Unified Program Agencies. This conference is recognized as a premier environmental conference, expecting 2500-3000 attendees. It offers compliance training for regulators and industry across various critical areas, including Aboveground Storage Tanks, California Accidental Release Prevention, Hazardous Waste/Tier Permitting, Hazardous Materials Business Plans, Site Remediation, and Underground Storage Tanks. Additionally, sessions will cover Management/Leadership, Enforcement, Emergency Response, Technology, and Clean-up practices. The conference will feature an exhibit hall, an opening ceremony, multiple training sessions, and opportunities to earn ICC units and REHS Continuing Education Contact Hours.
