Hosted by the Mid-Atlantic Cold Case Homicide Investigator's Association (MACCHIA) and Mid-Atlantic-Great Lakes Organized Crime Law Enforcement Network, the conference offers a robust agenda of featured topics including aquatic deaths, cold case murders, case studies on specific homicides and serial sexual assaults, utilizing open-source intelligence, podcasting, and artificial intelligence in investigations, clandestine gravesites, long-term missing persons protocols, prosecuting cold cases, interview strategies, utilizing media, and behavioral analysis of offenders. Attendees can also benefit from an on-site private case review panel by a Multi-Disciplinary Team of subject matter experts for unsolved homicides and sexual assaults.
