About this conference
This conference aims to increase knowledge and skills in promoting wellness, prevention, intervention, treatment, recovery, holistic care, and continuous quality improvement using best practices across the lifespan. It also seeks to foster meaningful involvement in person and family-centered planning, services, supports, and system change. Key objectives include enhancing understanding of peer support and peer-run programs, particularly for Certified Peer Specialists in Wisconsin, and expanding knowledge and skills in special topics related to mental health, substance use disorder, and integrated treatment. The conference also emphasizes acknowledging the role of Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs), trauma, equity, social determinants of health, and intersecting levels of oppression in substance use and mental health, to incorporate these factors into practice.
Sponsorship options
Sponsorship opportunities are available at seven levels of participation, detailed in a 'Sponsorship Tier List', to support the Mental Health and Substance Use Recovery professionals and ensure the conference remains affordable and relevant. Exhibitor opportunities include an 8 ft. table, one complimentary conference registration, and company name inclusion in conference materials. Exhibitor booth fees are $425 for for-profit agencies and $325 for non-profit agencies, with an additional $50 for electricity and $150 for an additional exhibitor (limited to one per booth). The conference reserves the right to deny any sponsorship, booth content, or donations deemed unsuitable. Sponsorships and exhibit booths are non-refundable.
