About this conference
The National Council of Insurance Legislators (NCOIL) holds three National Meetings per year (Spring, Summer, Fall) where legislators, interested parties, regulators, and federal officials gather to learn about current and longstanding insurance issues. Attendees debate proposed Model Laws that serve as templates for state bills and consider Resolutions on a variety of issues. All NCOIL Meetings are open meetings.
