About this conference
The Winter Institute for Leadership & Advocacy, also known as Winter Institute and Lobby Day, is an annual event designed to support members in expanding their expertise and knowledge in educational administration. It features keynote addresses by national experts in leadership and education, opportunities for members to share best practices through smaller educational sessions, interactive discussions with the Commissioner of Education on New York State issues and initiatives, and networking for collegiality. The event focuses on key themes over several days and includes a Lobby Day component to engage with policymakers.
