The NCWE Annual Conference is the premiere practitioner-driven workforce education event, bringing together a powerhouse network of community college, workforce, industry, human service, research and advocacy leaders. It inspires new ideas and creates momentum by featuring strategies and programs that propel college and career pathways, strengthen employer and community partnerships, boost data-driven decision making, increase comprehensive supports and student-centered services, and harness current and emerging technologies and new credential and learning frameworks. NCWE drives excellence and innovation, expands impact, and elevates the value of workforce education, spanning adult education, noncredit and credit microcredentials, stackable certificates, career and technical education (CTE) degrees, apprenticeships, and applied baccalaureate programs.
