The 2027 User Group Forum provides a unique opportunity for Michigan Works! Agency Staff to engage in best practice sharing, solution-based approaches to common problems, and discussions around state policy issuance. It facilitates in-person dialogue focusing on members' areas of responsibility, and provides a platform for feedback to Michigan Works! Directors and the Deputy-COO concerning ongoing initiatives. Membership in a users' group is by invitation only, and is only open to Michigan Works! Agency Staff.
