About this conference
The 2027 State Education Convention, with the theme 'Leading Today, Shaping Tomorrow,' is a premier event where more than 3,000 public school leaders, educators, exhibitors, and advocates gather to network, learn, grow, and shape student achievement and public education throughout Wisconsin. Co-sponsored by the Wisconsin Association of School Boards, the Wisconsin Association of School Business Officials, and the Wisconsin Association of School District Administrators, the convention offers opportunities to share research, strategies, and ideas on topics such as advocacy, student achievement, leadership, facilities, rural schools, human resources, mental health, community engagement, parent engagement, teacher retention, school funding, and school law. The event also features specific opportunities for student participation through school fair exhibits, an art contest, student performance showcase, and a student video team.
