2027 Spring Training Conference

WASPC offers various sponsorship levels including Platinum ($15,000), Gold ($7,000), Silver ($5,500), and Bronze ($3,000) Conference Sponsorships. Platinum sponsors receive exclusive display opportunities, company name and logo display at general and opening sessions, verbal recognition, two invitations to all meal functions, recognition in the conference mobile app and on the WASPC homepage, and a push notification to attendees. Gold and Silver sponsors receive recognition on banners, at sessions, in the mobile app, and on the WASPC homepage, with Gold including two tickets to the Welcome Breakfast & Awards Banquet and Silver including two tickets to the Awards Banquet. Bronze sponsors receive recognition on banners, at sessions, in the mobile app, and on the WASPC homepage. General sponsorships include Lanyard Sponsor ($15,000), Conference Pen Sponsor ($3,000), Conference Notepad ($3,500), Attendee Scholarships ($2,500 for two members), and Conference App Sponsor ($5,000). Event-specific sponsorships are available for Legislative Breakfast ($3,000), Special Olympics Luncheon ($3,000), President's Reception & Corn Hole Competition ($5,000), WASPC Awards Banquet ($5,000), Training Day Luncheon ($3,000), General Business Meeting Breakfast ($3,000), Refreshment Break Sponsor ($1,500), Corrections Training ($3,000), and Employment Law Update ($5,000). Sponsorships of $3,000+ may include an exhibitor booth.
