About this conference
The Pennsylvania Narcotic Officers' Association (PNOA) hosts an annual training conference dedicated to enhancing the technical and professional skills of drug law enforcement officers and facilitating networking opportunities. The 2027 conference will feature Retired FBI Special Agent Scott Payne as the keynote speaker, known for his extensive experience as an undercover agent infiltrating criminal organizations. PNOA was established by law enforcement officers from various Pennsylvania agencies to support those engaged in drug law enforcement within the Commonwealth.
Sponsorship options
The PNOA offers a Corporate Sponsor Program with three levels. Level 1 ($250 Application Fee and a Proposal of $5,000 or More) includes a free vendor's booth at the Annual Training Conference, access to a membership agency mailing list, company logo on select PNOA promotions and training materials, and a PNOA web site link. Level 2 ($250 Application Fee and a Proposal of $1,000-$4,999) includes a discounted vendor's booth, membership agency mailing list, and a PNOA web site link. Level 3 ($500 Application Fee) includes a PNOA web site link. Sponsors are expected to assist PNOA in providing training and/or support to its members and their agencies, through monetary contributions, equipment donations, scholarships, or sponsorship of special events.
