About this conference
The NEA ESP National Conference is the premier professional development opportunity for education support professionals across the nation. Its purpose is to grow and strengthen the professional excellence of ESP members working in Pre-K to Higher-Ed through Association-convened, educator-led, and student-centered learning experiences. With multiple interactive workshops over three days, participants enhance their knowledge and skills to advocate for students and educators, champion racial and social justice, build community relationships, strengthen and grow membership, and sustain stronger local associations, helping members excel in their careers and positively impact student success. The conference also honors Education Support Professionals (ESP) at a banquet celebrating nominees for NEA's ESP of the Year, recognizing ESPs as essential members of the education team who meet the needs of every student. The conference is an NEA member-only event.
Sponsorship options
Available sponsorship levels include Platinum ($12,000), Gold ($6,000), Silver ($3,000), Bronze ($1,000), and Friends of ESPs (raffle item donation). Benefits vary by level and can include sponsor recognition on the conference webpage and program, prominent logo display during events, sponsor signage, social media recognition, and complimentary or discounted exhibitor booths. An exhibitor table fee is also available for $800.
