The National UNITY Conference is an impactful five-day youth-led annual event focused on empowering Native American and Alaska Native youth aged 14-24. It includes general sessions, regional caucuses, workshops, a career/education fair, and evening activities designed to provide hands-on leadership development. The National UNITY Council conducts elections and its annual business meeting during the conference. Celebrating 50 years of tradition and Native Youth empowerment, the conference fosters the spiritual, mental, physical, and social development of youth and aims to build a strong, unified, and self-reliant Native America through greater youth involvement.
