2027 MLA|DLA Annual Conference: The Plot Thickens!

Save the date for the 2027 MLA|DLA Annual Conference, returning to the scenic shores of the Chesapeake Bay. Join us May 5-7, 2027 at the Hyatt Regency Chesapeake Bay in Cambridge, Maryland, where library professionals from across the region will gather to connect, learn, and celebrate our shared commitment to advancing library services and resources. The Maryland Library Association (MLA) and Delaware Library Association (DLA) seek program proposals for the 2027 MLA|DLA Annual Conference. Has your organization recently cracked a particularly tough case? Have you followed the clues and discovered new or innovative solutions to better serve your patrons and community? The MLA|DLA Conference Planning Committee wants to hear about it! We welcome presenters from all library types (academic, school, public, specialized, etc.) and prioritize amplifying underrepresented voices that have been historically marginalized due to race, gender identity, sexual orientation, ability, religious identity, economic background, age, or other factors.
