About this conference
The Florida Association of Counties (FAC) hosts its annual Legislative Day in Leon County (Tallahassee) during the height of the Legislative Session. This event is designed to support county leadership by encouraging commissioners and county staff to assist in lobbying efforts to protect home rule authority and prevent unfunded mandates. The day typically begins with a legislative briefing, followed by grassroots lobbying where attendees meet with local legislative delegations. An evening reception is held to honor members of the Legislature and recognize their partnership with counties. Attendees are encouraged to engage, advocate, connect, and advance county priorities.
Sponsorship options
Triple Diamond ($4,000) options include Podium Welcome at the legislative briefing or introducing the first speaker at the legislative briefing. Badge/Wifi Access Sponsorship is $5,000. Double Diamond ($3,500) options include hosting breakfast or hosting the evening reception. Diamond Sponsor ($1,500) provides general sponsorship. Exhibitor ($1,500) includes a table in a premium attendee traffic area. All sponsorships include complimentary registrations (3 for Triple Diamond, 2 for Double Diamond, 1 for Diamond/Exhibitor), placement of company literature/flyer in attendee packets, ads in FAC's weekly News & Notes e-newsletter, program listing, signage, digital exposure, and acknowledgment on the FAC Legislative Day website.
