2027 Collective Bargaining & Organizing Conference

Every two years, negotiators, organizers and advocates come together at the Collective Bargaining & Organizing Conference to learn critical organizing skills, build powerful local plans to unify members, demand what students and educators need from the Legislature, and prepare to bargain for those resources in their locals. This conference aims to strengthen bargaining skills and learn best practices for bargaining and contract negotiations, including how to build unity across locals and incorporate more open and inclusive practices in bargaining. It includes workshops designed for both new and experienced negotiators, as well as the Certified Negotiator Program for Education Support Professionals (ESPs) and teachers.
