2027 California Science Education Conference

The California Science Education Conference, hosted by the California Association of Science Educators (CASE), is the largest professional development conference for science educators in the state. Held annually over 2.5 days (Friday to Sunday), it draws science educators from all grade levels (TK-12) from public and private schools, district level, county offices of education, administrators, informal science educators, preservice teacher educators, and preservice science teachers. The conference aims to provide California science educators opportunities for professional growth to improve student outcomes and access to high-quality science education. Attendees can expect hands-on workshops, networking opportunities, and exclusive experiences at science centers and in nature, leaving with new ideas, learnings, contacts, resources, and motivation to implement the California Next Generation Science Standards.
