2027 Annual PELRAS Conference

The 2027 Annual PELRAS Conference, organized by the Pennsylvania Municipal League, will return to Hershey on March 3-5, 2027. This event is considered the premiere training forum for public sector employees in the Commonwealth. It addresses complex issues in managing workforces, providing extensive training, access to specialized legal counsel, and updates on employee relations and municipal law. The conference aims to share workable solutions for avoiding lawsuits, mitigating labor/management tensions, and improving service delivery, ensuring municipalities effectively manage their workforces. Over 20 labor relations specialists will address key issues via panel discussions, in-depth seminars, case examples, role-playing, and Q&A sessions. Attendees can also expect a comprehensive reference manual, access to PELRAS attorneys, and networking opportunities with municipal administrators throughout the state. PELRAS members will have the first opportunity to book overnight sleeping rooms for the conference beginning in October 2026.
