About this conference

The 2027 Annual Conference is organized by PSHRA NC (formerly NC IPMA-HR), the only association in North Carolina exclusively dedicated to the Public Sector Human Resource professional. The mission of the organization is to provide year-round educational, legal compliance information, support, training, mentorship, and fellowship to public sector Human Resource professionals in all 100 counties, cities, towns, and municipalities throughout the State. The conference, themed 'Gateway to Service: Where HR Connects,' will be packed with educational and leadership sessions, as well as opportunities for networking and relationship building, aiming to lead its membership into the future of public sector Human Resources.
