2027 Affordable Housing Market Outlook & Holiday Party 2026

Join us for TAAHP's annual Affordable Housing Market Outlook and TAAHP Holiday Party events! Hear insights from nationally recognized speakers about the state of the economy and how it will impact affordable housing development in Texas and across the nation. The TAAHP Annual Market Outlook delivers timely, expert analysis on what to expect in the year ahead—covering policy shifts, market forces, and funding trends that shape affordable housing development and access to capital. Held immediately before the festive Holiday Party, the event is followed by a celebratory reception that doubles as a fundraiser for the TAAHP Foundation, raising scholarship funds for students living in affordable housing owned or operated by TAAHP members across the state. Both the Market Outlook and Holiday Party offer valuable networking opportunities for developers, investors, service providers, and policymakers, and include sponsorship options that give organizations high-visibility business development benefits and direct access to key industry decision-makers.
