About this conference

WSSCA invites you to participate in our 2026 Annual Safety and Security Conference. We are very excited to be partnering again with the WJOA (Wisconsin Juvenile Officers Association) for our 57th Annual Conference. Each year our Conference Planning Committee surveys our attendees and exhibitors to continue to make improvements to provide the best possible experience for our members. The results this year are an outstanding line up of both feathered speakers and also break out session presenters and activities for everyone to enjoy the conference. We encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity to maximize the exposure of your business solutions to 250 to 350 school safety leaders and school resource officers from throughout the State of Wisconsin. Your participation is critical in helping WSSCA and WJOA support our state's school safety leaders and school resource officers in their efforts to provide safe and secure school environments for students, staff, families and visitors. The theme for this year's conference is 'Unity Through Safety: Everyone Belongs'. Our breakout sessions, presenters, and four keynote speakers at the 2026 conference will provide ideas, strategies, best practices, and resources to build and sustain a culture of school safety for today and into the future.

Sponsorship options

Sponsorship Level includes conference attendance for up to three company representatives ($75 for each additional representative). Sponsorship booths include electricity, wireless internet, table with skirt, 10x10 trade show booth space, two chairs, a copy of the attendee list, breakfast and lunch for each representative. Sponsorship Levels also include a one-year WSSCA corporate membership. Levels include: Conference Sponsor ($2,700), Keynote Sponsor ($2,500 to $5,000), Platinum Sponsor ($2,500), Gold Sponsor ($1,950), Social Event Sponsor ($1,850), Silver Sponsor ($1,550), Bronze Sponsor ($1,250), Exhibitor - WSSCA | WJOA Member ($700), Non-Member ($850).
