The 2026 West Region Workshop and Maintenance Rodeo are the annual events hosted by the Texas Recreation & Park Society West Region. These events are designed to bring together parks and recreation agencies and their members, including decision-makers, planners, maintenance staff, and event coordinators, who are seeking new ways to work effectively and creatively. The Workshop component is an educational event offering sessions and CEU opportunities, aimed at park and recreation professionals, directors, and managers, providing networking opportunities and discussions on hot topics in the industry. The Maintenance Rodeo gathers park maintenance professionals from across the West Region to compete in skill events and maintenance challenges, showcasing expertise and fostering peer networking. Attendees will have the opportunity to engage with vendors showcasing products, knowledge, and services relevant to the parks and recreation sector.
Sponsorship options
Sponsorship opportunities are available across various levels for both the Workshop and Maintenance Rodeo. Workshop sponsorships include options such as Title Sponsor ($2500), Level I Sponsor ($1500), Lunch Sponsor ($1250), Level II Sponsor ($1000), Level III Sponsor ($750), Snack Break Sponsor ($500), and Exhibitor Booth ($300). The Welcome Social Sponsor ($1500) is currently sold out. Maintenance Rodeo sponsorships include options such as Title Sponsor ($2000), Lunch Sponsor ($1000), Coffee & Breakfast Sponsor ($750), Event Sponsor ($300), and Exhibitor Booth ($200). In-kind donations are also accepted. All sponsorships provide brand recognition, direct interaction with decision-makers, and opportunities to demonstrate products and services.
