Sponsorship opportunities range from 'Advertise Only' at $250 to 'Platinum Event Sponsor' at $2,000. Specific options include: - Advertise Only: $250 (Recognition on event page, logo in brochure, recognition in promotions) - Exhibit Sponsor: $1,000 (Exhibit booth, advertisement in brochure, website recognition, promotions, 2 complimentary conference registrations, 1/4 page ad in conference program) - Gold Event Sponsor: $1,500 (Introduction during opening, 1/2 page ad, 3 complimentary registrations, website advertising, logo on onsite signage, drink tickets for reception, includes Exhibit Table & benefits) - Platinum Event Sponsor: $2,000 (45-minute breakout session presentation, introduction during opening, full page ad, 4 complimentary registrations, website advertising, logo on onsite signage, drink tickets for reception, includes Exhibit Table & benefits) All exhibit displays include a 6’ skirted table with two chairs, non-competitive exhibitor viewing times, roster of attendees, complimentary meals and refreshments, inclusion in exhibitor listing, and attendance at Wednesday evening awards dinner. Must register by April 9th, 2026 to be included in marketing materials.
