About this conference
Join us for the 2026 VASS-VASBO Winter Conference! This year's conference will feature a host of presenters and panelists to discuss emerging issues and hot topics in school business. This year's program will entail an overview of what to expect from the 2026 General Assembly session, an update from the Virginia Retirement System, time for networking, and much more! Additionally, VASS and VASBO partners will be on-site for informal networking and to discuss the latest in school business products and services.
Sponsorship options
Partners are invited to attend and receive a table in the vendor area with access to sessions and meals. Diamond partners receive 4 complimentary registrations, Platinum receives 3, and Gold receives 1. Additional registrations can be purchased for $625/person. Non-partners can reserve booth space and one complimentary registration for $1,500. Exhibit spaces include a six-foot table and two chairs. Electricity can be reserved for $55. Diamond and Platinum partners may submit a 30-second video to be played during the conference.
