About this conference
The Utah State Hazardous Chemical Emergency Response Commission (SERC) and SERC Advisory Board are pleased to announce that registration is open for the upcoming 2026 Local Emergency Planning Committee (LEPC) Conference. The conference provides many opportunities for professional growth and learning, including presentations by the SERC Advisory, local LEPCs, as well as our industry and federal partners. Marathon Petroleum will be bringing oil spill equipment with rotating management stations to set up outside, for practical experience in the afternoon. Additional hands-on sessions will be held inside the hospital.
